You can return the product no later than 14 days from receiving the order by writing to us using the form in the "Returns and Refunds" section in the following ways:

Subject: refund request. Text: explain the reason and indicate product number. Attachments: 2 - 3 product photos

NB: Please note that items damaged by normal wear and tear cannot be returned and that any shipping costs in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.
