You can return the product no later than 14 days from receiving the order by writing to us using the form in the "Returns and Refunds" section in the following ways:

Subject: refund request.

Text: explain the reason and indicate the product number.

Attachments: 2 - 3 product photos.

NB: Please note that items damaged by normal wear cannot be returned and that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping has a standard cost of €6 throughout Italy, unlike some areas called "disadvantaged areas" which include all those places that are difficult to reach due to distance or the conformation of the territory and which require a higher price. In these cases, during check-out, the system will automatically calculate any price difference based on the zip code you enter. These surcharges are in no way dependent on us.
